Our Network

Awesome

We rely on people.

Donors, activists, policy makers and maybe you?

Challenges

  • A lack of awareness about the climate-related effects of foreign policies, and the external implications of our climate and environmental policy.
  • A shortfall of cooperation among governmental, societal, and private actors at different levels of decision.
  • A fragmentation of expertise as knowledge about climate foreign policy is disseminated among state diplomatic actors, private companies, and think tanks.
  • Aweakness of implementation, which permeates all levels, and hinders the achievement of global climate goals.

Our Solutions

We increase visibility for climate-related external action and foster advocacy for climate foreign policy in all spheres. We foster exchange and cooperation by establishing a platform for dialogue among all actors involved in climate foreign policy. We elaborate strategy and strengthen leadership for a better impact on climate foreign policy. We advance research and action on climate foreign policy by connecting academics, decision-makers and practitioners through policy network.
